It was fairly easy to search out IRS forms but then you find out they're not usable because they're in Red!?! Also it said if you paid for a one-year subscription you save 65%, but the yearly cost was exactly the same as paying monthly and you didn't know this until you processed your payment???

Very useful service. Trying to create a fillable pdf is made simple. Although when it's downloaded, one or two areas are not fillable anymore so have to do it again.

I've only used it for 30 minutes or maybe an hour but it has helped me merge a bunch of PDFs that I was having issues with and needed t get dne iin time for a contract delivery.

What generally makes a contract invalid?
If the formation or performance of the contract will require a party to break the law, the contract is invalid. Examples of contracts with illegal subject matter: Agreement for the sale or distribution of prohibited substances, such as drugs. Contracts to engage in an illegal activity.
How do you correct a name on a contract?
Always put a contract amendment in writing and make sure both parties sign and date it. Reference the title of the contract, if applicable; its original parties; and original signing date, so that it is clear what document you are amending. Attach the amendment to the original contract.
Is a contract valid if name is wrong?
Even if you make a mistake in the legal name of a person or entity when drafting a contract, the court will objectively decide whether your intention is clear. However, you should do your due diligence by confirming the legal name of the individual or company with whom you are contracting prior to submitting a draft.
How does a name change affect a contract?
The agreement that all rights and obligations of both parties to these contracts are not affected by the change, and. A statement that all contracts covered by the agreement are amended by substituting the name.
Can you change name of contract after it is signed?
