What do you like best?
I like that the system is user friendly. It makes the paperwork process for our clients easier which helps us win and retain a lot of business.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the system will not allow me to download the forms I've edited. Sometimes there are glitches in the system that prevent us from logging in and saving documents. Sometimes system can be a bit slow, I notice it more in the afternoon where people may use the system more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to explore all functions this product offers! There is a ton of functions for the price you pay, take full advantage and improve your day to day work!

Great for .pdf that You Need to Edit-PDFfiller is the way to Go! Great for doing 1099s at tax time! Wonderful for use with prefab downloadable boilerplate documents that you purchase from the web. Great storage for being able to go back in and repurpose a saved document for an additional use. Print alignment not always spot on for forms, such as 1099s and you have to play with settings a bit, but overall not too cumbersome.

Excellent tools Excellent tools. I tried it today on one form on free trial. I won't carry on with the subscription because I find the prices really high and I rarely need this type of service. Also, I don't like the deceiving ways of this business where they make you believe it's all free with no commitments until after you've spent the time to edit the document. When you try to download or print etc that's when you are stopped and asked to choose a subscription and give your bank details.

What do you like best? I love how I can neatly complete compliance filings that don't have a fillable PDF format using PDF filler. I can type on the form in PDF filler instead of having to print a hard copy and hand write or use a typewriter - who even has access to one of those anymore, lol? What do you dislike? It can be tricky to get the alignment just right and then save the completed document. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great tool for using to complete documents that don't have fillable format. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Completing compliance filings for various States that don't offer fillable PDF forms.

A clinical trial agreement (CTA) or clinical study agreement (CSA) is a legally binding agreement that governs the conduct of a particular study and sets forth the obligations of each party to the agreement.
Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) require signatures from both the trial sponsor and a University institutional official (IO) with signature authority delegated by the Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University.
The final protocol should be signed off by the Chief Investigator as a minimum, but usually other signatures may be required such as those from the sponsor and trial statistician.
Parties to clinical trial or study agreements include the participating site, the study sponsor, and/or the relevant clinical research organization (CRO).
Signatories sign legal documents, international agreements, and contracts. These types of documents have multiple parties that need to sign the agreement. Signers are anyone who needs to provide a signature to legal documents.
The sponsor is responsible for registering the trial. In cases where there is no sponsor, investigators involved in the research must work with each other to identify a responsible party and ensure the trial is registered only once for the entire project.
