I had some slight issues on my 1st attempt as there were fields in different locations than a previous edition of this form, but easily was able to correct the overwriting of several fields. Worked beautifully on several previous (new) documents.

This program is awesome for creating new contracts or clients, you can even email it and have them sign online.
It automatically charges you for a year so make sure you choose monthly billing if you would like to be billed differently than annual.

What is part of witnessing a signature?
A signature witnessing does not require the signer to verbally declare anything to the Notary. The Notary identifies the signer, the signer simply signs the document in front of the Notary, and the Notary then completes the certificate confirming when the signature was made.
What is the definition of a signature witnessing?
Signature witnessing means a notarial act in which an individual: (a) appears in person before a notary and presents a document. (b) provides the notary satisfactory evidence of the individual's identity, or is personally known to.
Can anyone witness a signature?
Generally, the person you choose to witness a document should have no financial or other interest in an agreement. A neutral third party is someone not related to either party and who does not benefit from the document. A witness does not have to read the document, but they must be present when it is signed.
Can you notarize a signature without the person present?
In no jurisdiction would it be legal to notarize a document without the signing person present. It is impermissible to notarize the document after the person has signed. The entire point of having a notary is so that the notary can attest that the person who is alleged to have signed, actually did sign the document.
What is the difference between a witness and a notary?
There are two important differences: First, when you witness or attest a signature as a Notary, you are performing an official act authorized by your state law that only a Notary may do. Notaries must complete a notarial certificate for the signature witnessing.
What do you write when you notarize a document?
Do you solemnly swear or affirm that you personally know this person as (name of person whose signature is to be notarized), and that he/she is the person named in the document to be notarized (so help you God)? Signature is to be notarized) and is the same person who is named in the document to be notarized.
What is notary wording?
Notary verbiage is a fancy way of saying Notary wording. Oaths and Affirmations might not contain any written proof of the transaction other than in the Notary journal. The Notary form where the Notary wording is documented or written is called a Notary Certificate.
How do you notarize a statement?
You must sign the document in the presence of the notary. The notary would attach a notarial certificate to the document to show that the statement was made under oath or affirmation. The notary signs and stamps the document with a notary seal. The notary makes a record of the transaction in the notary journal.
