Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. It was just what i was looking for...im not very computer literate but WAS NOT hard to learn. I do think a few features could be added or made easier. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE COST. Its mighty ridiculous! For the amount of money i spent and the length of time... S***, unless you are in the business of "screw ups" "uh-oh"ers, the presidents Secretary for his twitter account...or a lawyer. I don't think you get enough time for the cost. And VERY UNSATISFIED with the small print that is located UNDER the nice AFFORDABLE FAKE SALE PRICE at the beginning of the website

I had to buy it as a last minute resort and it was helpful, but I probably need to spend more time learning it before I critique its functionality and/or lack thereof.

Working remotely this application has greatly facilitated the approval process in relation to documents sent from the office and has saved so much money on paper! Love it!

This helps with my pdf files and is pretty similar to Acrobat pro. I prefer Acrobat pro to PDFfiller, but this is still very good software

When I chatted with support
When I chatted with support, I had had two different people who took the files I had been trying to merge unsuccessfully and merge them for me!!! Similarly when I had trouble with blank pages and missing pages in a merged document I found out it was because I was using Edge as my browser instead of Chrome. It would have been best if that had been in the program itself, but support really came through to help me out.

Excellent support and customer service
I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.
I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.

Just what I was looking for!
Just what I was looking for! Affordable. Easy to use website because it's user-friendly. I went ahead and got the year subscription because I was very satisfied. The only issue I had was enlarging my signature to use it. But that might be my own human error.

This site was exactly what we needed to edit pdf's and create fillable fields for all of our school enrollment forms. The options for receiving the information when completed, as well as many other perks made this a perfect product for our use. How do you write your name with a nickname?
