I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. its been pretty good so far, i would like to just open and print a document and i would like it if we had a feature to skip them having to click to open at pdf filler it would just be there in thier email

I'm sure the service is extremely useful to the computer literates, but I'm not one of them. Although it's not rocket science, I'm old fashioned and was hoping to talk to someone and walk me through it over the phone. Not a bad experience though...

It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

My very small office (staff of 9)!needed a professional looking and very easy to use application for filling and signing document. I downloaded 8'different apps/programs for trial and comparison. PDF Filler left every other program / app in its' dust.

I liked the access to all the forms. It was great. And as I tried to do ever more complicated things with the forms (strikethroughs, initialing the corrections in random places, etc.) I learned more and more about the tools the platform has. It has just about everything you could imagine.

Best way to keep organized
Overall, it can really make your life easier and more organized, highly recommended!
This is such a great tool for keeping track of your pdf flies while categorizing them to fit your preferences. As a student, I've used this for many different reasons and have always found it extremely convenient for filing and organizing my files. From school assignments to the official paper work, it provides a user friendly platform for easy usage and proper description. Must have for the student to the average daily worker!
It can be a little tricky to figure out how it functions properly at first, but their are some good tutorials out there that I highly recommend, such google them. Also, it doesn't really have a customer support system, which is a down side.

pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.
