I love the program. The smart folder...not a fan. Do not like that we have to "tag" them and I would prefer to just make and name my own folders and move PDF docs into them as I wish (like windows mail).

such an amazing site!! I love PDFfiller.com!! it makes editing forms so simple and easy! I would have rated 5 stars but I have a difficult time using it on mobile devices.. other than that it is the #1 tool I go to when I have to edit or even FIND a document using the search tool! when I finish a document I can send via TEXT, eMail, Fax, WhatsApp and so many more!! or I can just print or save for later. PDF Filler has wonderful customers service. They provide a very extensive service and if I ever need such a comprehensive program again they will be whom I will sign up with. They took care of my needs and quickly helped me when I needed some extra help.

the storage of files was a bit of a issue. every time i needed to look at the files i would need a code, a bit time consuming but otherwise a good product.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

They are fast and provide answers promptly. They even send links or videos to show you how to solve the problem.
