The best feature of PDFFiller is its ease of use, whether it's editing documents, signing documents, and then being able to access your documents anywhere by logging onto the site, as opposed to being constrained if you don't have your computer files with you.
What do you dislike?
Some of the option menus should be improved upon, especially as far as layout and ease of finding what you need, it's a bit counterintuitive though with experience that becomes less of an issue.

Signing PDFs with ease. Being able to access and edit a pdf no matter where I am as long as I have internet access, even if I don't have my computer with me and/or don't have access to my cloud storage.

I like being able to streamline our company process with our patient's paperwork.
What do you dislike?
I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.

I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

This app is really user-friendly. It has everything you would expect it to have and more. I never had to google how to do something on this app, every function is there and easy to use.

Great and simple pdf editor
Easily edit, share and secure pdf documents.
This is a basic pdf editor that does everything I need. You can edit by adding text, making notes, make tables, add a signature area, etc. It is also very secure and easy to share and collaborate. Even the free version is awesome.
It's not the fanciest, smoothest software but it gets the job done. I would like to see the interface beautified a bit.

Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.

I 'm impressed. I had issues with som scanned dok. with Adobe PDF. Adobe couldn't edit PDF but pdf Filler did it. If not, I would have a lost a whole hour work. Maybe more because the scanned doc. are not in my possession anymore. Thanks pdfFiller. I will buy it at the end my trial.

What is a charter amendment?
A charter amendment petition is direct lawmaking by local voters to request to make changes to the City Charter. The City Charter was adopted by the voters of the City and can only be changed by an election upon a majority of the qualified voters of the City authorizing an amendment to the City Charter.
Can directors amend bylaws?
The original or other bylaws of a corporation may be adopted, amended or repealed by the initial directors if they were named in the certificate of incorporation, or, before a corporation has received any payment for any of its stock, by its board of directors.
Can you amend bylaws?
It can completely replace a set of bylaws with a new set. The revision can be amended before it's adopted. A resolution describing the changes made if an amendment is passed should be kept with the company's corporate files. Update the official records so that the whole set of bylaws is kept together.
