The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. At that point, I was trying to determine if I even wanted to purchase PDFfiller or not so why would I need an account. I finally ended up purchasing the product.

initially the software did not allow me to transform document to pdf. contact customer support and eventually the software work as instructed. last the pdf filler content page will not allow the user to rotate the document to the correct form. the document had to be rescan to the proper orientation prior to changing out the format.

What do you like best?
I have tried many signing apps and software and this one is by far the best in terms of ease, flexibility and speedy workflow.
What do you dislike?
Maybe it is just something I am not figuring out...but the orange box prompts on some documents get more in the way sometimes than help.

PDFs made easy Since using PDFfiller, I haven't seen any PDF I can't tackle This software allows me to edit any PDF unlike Acrobat Reader. Has other useful functionalities such as sending PDF's to clients for e-signature, merging/extracting/compressing pages as well. I do not think this software needs any improvements. It helps ease my workload immensely each week.

Great customer support I think it is great but I decided I didn’t need it and wanted to cancel my free trial so I contacted the company and Ma was the representative who helped me. This program is new to me...so far no… This program is new to me...so far no issues. Well one small one. when I used a different device, it asked me to verify with a code. they gave me the code but it would not let me type in the code. Howervr I was sill able to use the program without the code.
