It was wonderful to use so I didn't have to go to town to fill out the particular paperwork i needed to turn in. The only negative was I thought I was in a 30-day free trial period, and I was charged two separate charges, though they were very small, but yet I was charged.

When forwarding to a client, etc., I like that it generates a security code that's required to access the documents. Customer service is *******! Using the app has been pretty easy so far
Using the app has been pretty straight forward and intuitive. Getting used to how to edit a PDF to get consistent results. Has been a big help. Users always want a free solution and I'm still testing the 30 day trial but maybe if you want the right solution it needs to be a paid solution.

The form was free, really free and didn't require me to pay to download my document as other sites do. It was easy to use with instructions provided. I loved the check mark option.
