I really like the ease in using this program. I have tried other PDF software but find them all very awkward to use. I am just not sure about the pricing. I assume I signed up for 12 months? This is a great program and I don't have to hand print documents when most documents are PDF anyway.

I appreciate the ease of downloading a PDF and being able to fill it in. For me, it is worth the money, even if I don't use it very often, simply because I now have the completed form saved, and easy to edit, as needed.

Great product...relatively easy to use
Great product...relatively easy to use, especially if one is familiar with this type of document editing app. I am please with how much of a time-saver it is. I couldn't give 5-stars because the cost of the "Full Version" is really too expensive for me, but other than that, it's a very handy tool.

I appreciate the integrity of this company. In the middle of a crisis, I signed up for this product, which I ultimately did not need, but apparently failed to cancel. They immediately refunded the annual fee without a hassle when I requested it. I so appreciate it.

I used PDFfiller to sign severance paperwork. I took the free trial and then THOUGHT I canceled it right away. When the charge came through, I was ready for a fight...but that didn't happen. Kirsten at PDFfiller's live chat was lovely and helpful. She even apologized for the mistake I most likely made. Then she asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel (a trained question). When I said that I didn't need the service, she didn't push and she processed the cancellation and refund right away. If/when I DO need a pdf filling service again, I will use them!

Well-designed and functional, user-friendly
I use pdfFiller almost every day for my business proofreading for court reporters.
It's been invaluable, whether I need to save a PDF in a different format (.docx, .xlsx, etc.), combine hundreds of pages or PDFs into one PDF, or quickly edit a PDF.
I searched long and hard to find this program, which unlike other PDF programs I tried (including Adobe), consistently delivers on what I need it to do, is well-designed, functional, and user-friendly.
And on top of all that, support responds almost magically quickly to questions or issues, like I had today, which in a deadline-driven business like mine is invaluable.

What is lease analysis?
A lease analysis uses various tools and methods to calculate and interpret financial data to determine its benefits for the lessee (renter) or the lessor (who receives payment). The income approach to value is an approach of appraisal where the value is determined by the income that is produced by the property.
How do you evaluate a lease or buy?
Comparing the two major finance choices On one hand, buying involves higher monthly costs, but you own something in the end. On the other, a lease has lower monthly payments, but you get into a cycle where you never stop paying for a vehicle.
How do I know if I should buy or lease?
+ Total up front costs (down payment + other fees)

Is it better to buy or lease a car?
Paying less over the long term. Monthly lease payments are generally less expensive than monthly car loan payments. Buying a vehicle and driving it for several years after you pay it off can be the cheapest way to own a car. The longer you drive it, the less it costs.
Does it ever make sense to lease a car?
When lease payments are lower than the loan payment on a purchase. In this situation, leasing can make more sense. Exactly how much sense it will make, however, will depend upon the amount of cash required up front. Vehicle purchases typically require a down payment upfront.
Is it a good idea to buy a leased car?
Buying your leased car saves the leasing company shipping and auction fees. That's why, in some cases, they'll call and offer you a lower buyout price than what's in the contract. How do you evaluate a car lease offer?
To figure out the cost per $10,000 worth of vehicle, you simply divide the “real” monthly payment by MSRP, then multiply that by 10,000. Here's what it looks like in our example: “Real” monthly payment ($277) divided by MSRP ($22,785) = 0.012157. Then multiply this by 10,000, and you get $121.57.
