At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. I live in Philadelphia SEPTA is not running because of contract issues but my military ask that I complete a form and send it to them within five days or I would be subject to pay large amount. Since I could use PDF Filler that lets me fax , signed update all at once I made the deadline without leaving my home ... I sent this out to many of my friends we all need a choice to fax and complete forms ASAP

Just started. Good so far. I wish it connected with our online storage so that completed forms could be automatically added to our storage instead of having to download them.

So far so good. I have only been using it for two days so I'm still new but I think it is going to work well for my needs!
Follow up. A couple of weeks in and we are extremely happy with this subscription service. I work for a school district and have equipment to check out to various teachers in 28 different schools. This has really made my job easier..

this makes filling out medical forms sooo much easier. I can fill them out and email them back without needing to print them and rescan or fax them back. Thank you for this wonderful software !
So this being a followup review I can tell you I still love it as much as I did before. I was able to use it to fill out medical forms and also a form for a winter retreat. The only drawback to this PDFfiller.com is the cost.

The ease of use. The site makes it easy to make the changes needed.

The recent changes to the interface. I'm struggling to find the buttons I always used.

So far
So far, so excellent. User experience takes a little getting used to, but a quick google shows you how to do it. And I haven't found anything yet that it wont do. Great tool. Used it for about 40 documents so far. Splicing things together, re-wording and cutting and changing dates. Basically editing everything imaginable in pdf.

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.
