Some of the editing features are hard to use.

Great for filling paper on the go
What I liked the most of this software is that it is great for filling out paper work online
What I liked the least is not many options to choose from as in where to fill out.

This is a very useful program to me in my work. I can easily send documents to be filled in by customers, easy to use and easy to navigate.
I do not have any cons with this program, if you are not utilizing this you should be. It is highly useful and functional

Excellent support and customer service I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in ****** and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.

Form-Filler Heaven
1. You have the forms I need; 2. the platform is user friendly, in general; 3. completion of forms is easy to navigate, specifically; 4. the ability to save in multiple formats; 5. the ease and ability to send completed forms is great; 6. The absolutely essential ability to easily sign documents in script via the 'sign' feature; 7. Overall, a useful, convenient app, that's nicely done. Thanks.

Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.
