I originally subscribed to the website confused about how much the yearly subscription cost. I was able to cancel my subscription, get a refund and finish up working on my documents. The only reason my rating isn't a perfect 5 Stars is regarding getting an a document notarized online. Your website says it will be at no cost. But when linked to the vendor notary person, she said the cost is $25. When I contacted your company a couple of times, it was indicated someone would get back to me w/ answer. But that never happened.

The website said there will be no charge for 30 days but my card got charged 1 dollar. This is clear misleading attitude. I did not find half a star to give.

What do you like best?
The program is user friendly and helps me with the essential tools I need to fill in and change my PDF files. I use this on a daily basis for work and works very well with other programs I use.

The font match is the only downside of the program i face especial when I have to fill in words and characters onto the document. It takes time for to match the font that is similar to the original font. Collating pages in a certain order is difficult for me but I decided not to use this feature.

I am facing no problems using the program. The main benefit I use this program is the editing of the documents revived for out business to use for our needs.

Great application! I was able to edit some incorrect dates sent to me by a reference who could not access the document for an extended period of time. I was able to get my document corrected and resubmitted without issue

i WAS ABLE TO DO A DOCUMENT IN HALF THE TIME IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN TO UPLOAD ON MY IPHONE AND EMAIL UPLOADING A DOCUMENTS OF 27 PAGES WITH FILL IN WAS EFFORTLESS

Very practical application that serves as a daily option when I don't have a printer readily available. Its become an essential part of my work flow, especially since it allows me to work from my computer without have to go out to send mail from the post office.

How are required entry fields marked?
