It is a little hard to figure out how to size and arrange the words so they will all appear on the printed document. I had to redo this several times.

I didn't want to pay for this feature but it is really a great program. I only wish I would be able to be copied and review status of Signed documents as it progresses without paying additional. Or adding the file for Esign to my personal email sent file.

The best program to work with documents
Easily completes and adds information to any document or report. You can size the information to fit the provided space, cut and paste and maneuver easily within the document. You can access the program and the documents you have completed as the application is on the web and it retains your completed report in their system.
If they could combine other pdf tools would be awesome. Some of the more common pdf functions include moving pages, separating pages and duplicating pages, etc...

It is easy
It is easy, so relax and just do what you need to do.
I am so very, very pleased with how easy the program is to use. I tried others for this emergency situation and was frustrated out of my mind with the complicated programs. This one is easy, easy and very effective.

What is the purpose of watermarks on a document?
A watermark is a faded background image that displays behind the text in a document. You can use them to indicate a document's state (confidential, draft, etc.), add a subtle company logo, or even for a bit of artistic flair.
How do I scan a document with a watermark?
Click “Scan” and a full-resolution image of the document is scanned into the computer, without a watermark present. Once the document has imported, click “File,” “Save,” then title the document, choose a location to save the file to, and click “OK” to save.
How do I remove a watermark from a scanned document?
Select a sample PDF.
Select one or multiple images that you want to remove, then add them to watermark removal list window;
Click “Next >” button to a PDF document list window where you can add multiple PDFs which you want to remove watermark from;
What is a document watermark?
Watermark is simply that image or text that appears mainly behind the main document. It is important to note that watermarks can be in form of texts or even images like logo, pictures and other things of value. Watermarks are normally used to prevent counterfeiting.
How do you create a hidden watermark word that shows when a document is copied?
On the Design tab -- Page Layout in Word 2007 and 2010 -- click on the “Watermark” button in the Page Background section to choose your watermark. There are preset watermarks that will be visible when the document is viewed or printed, however you can choose the Custom Watermark option to design an unobtrusive one.
