Love the service and how it integrates with Zapier - it has saved me tons of time in manual repetition for filling out intake, invoicing and legal documents and I love the send to sign feature. Would like a little more functionality in the app, like having the ability to sign docs directly instead of using mobile browser, but overall it functions beautifully. The support with this company surpasses anything I have ever dealt with. Honestly, I NEVER write reviews because I have never been moved to do so; however, today I was. Quick response, did exactly what I wanted, no questions asked just solutions. We can all learning something from this great customer service. This is too few and far between nowadays. "Sam" is who helped me today and I hope he gets the recognition that they deserve!

Great Customer Service
Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. Zoe replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.
