Only used twice but each time I was pleased with the features and ease of use. The only negative is that it is difficult to save files. I had to use a two step process of saving to PDF Filler then copying to my local drive.

I have tried a couple other products and they do not compare with the ease of the PDFfiller product. I am over 80 and faced with a great deal of medical paperwork regarding insurance, test results, doctors paperwork and hospital paperwork.
My handwriting is a bit shaky with age and at times people can not read what I have attempted to write. I used PDFfiller on a several pages of a doctor's information form and it was a breeze and people could read my answers. The doctors staff wanted to know how I did it and thanked me many times for doing it with PDFfiller.

I mainly use PDFFiller to fill out and sign forms. The auto-alignment tool for text blocks is very useful. I found the PDF to Word conversion procedure very powerful.

The limit in the number of pages and the size of the PDF file often forces me to divide the PDF into several parts before upload.

Kara was spectacular
Kara was spectacular! I was having trouble merging 35 small PDFs into a single larger document. She walked me through all the steps, and I told her what I had done and where I had run into problems. When she could not find a solution for me that way, she offered to merge all the documents for me!!! I have been working on this family project for the last 12 months and this was the final step before I could get the finished document out to everyone. Now I can do that and put this phase of the project behind me! I salute you Kara!!!

I have been very frustrated in trying to create our 1099s for 2022 in pdfFiller. I began a chat with "Kara" and she was wonderful and very patient walking me through the different steps to create a template. She also sent me a video as a tutorial. Very helpful. This was just new to me so it has taken me a lot of time to navigate around to do what I needed to do. I'm sure with some use and training it will be very easy to use. I have accomplished filling in the form but I'm trying to see how to get the new file name to appear as a download on my computer, so this is what I'm working on now.
