I like how the service is not that expensive and there's a lot of functionality and they keep upgrading their features.

They could improve the user interface to be more user friendly in some ways.

I'm able to have my clients sign documents by just emailing them the link and if they make a mistake, they can always open up the link and sign again.

I loved this software and features I loved this software and features. However it's just out of my budget right now. It would be helpful if there was a monthly subscription or payment plan. Instead of $96 all at once there should be an option to pay a monthly fee of $8.

Assembly Group A occupancy includes, among others, the use of a building or structure, or a portion thereof, for the gathering of persons for purposes such as civic, social or religious functions; recreation, food or drink consumption or awaiting transportation.
An occupancy permit is a permit issued under the Building Act 2011 (WA) which specifies the authorized use and classification for a building, such as 'office' or 'retail'. Completed after 2 April 2012 obtain occupancy permits before building spaces can be occupied and used.
In order to obtain a certificate of occupancy, your property must pass a series of inspections. These inspections may include a plumbing inspection, an electrical inspection, a fire safety inspection, and a general building inspection.
Required Fees: If an occupant is buying the dwelling unit, the cost for the occupancy permit is $20.00. If an occupant is renting or leasing the dwelling unit, the cost for the occupancy permit is $50.00. If the head of household is updating the occupancy permit for the first time, the cost is $10.00.
