How do you format a line?

Select the text you want to format. Selecting text to format. On the Home tab, click the Line and Paragraph Spacing command. A drop-down menu will appear. Move the mouse over the various options. The line spacing will change in the document.

How do I format a line in Excel?

Select the line you want to change. If you want to change multiple lines, select the first line, and then press and hold Ctrl while you select the other lines. On the Format tab, click the Quick Style you want. Note: If you don't see the Format tab, make sure you've selected the line.
