I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

What do you like best?
PDF Filler is extremely easy to use and navigate. I've never experienced any lag or difficulties in using the software. Signatures are easy, dates are easy to inpute.
What do you dislike?
You don't get to really choose where files are saved when you download them.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I've been able to easily fill out and save consolidation agreements, settlement letters, and anything else that I need and don't have time to print out and sign just to have to scan it in. It's definitely a time saver!

The features are unmatched and the customer service has been outstanding! Anytime I have requested online support, I have received immediate and very detailed attention to help guide me through any feature, tutorial, description even with the ability to share templates or files and have customer support advise on any possible questions. Was able to manipulate the text size to make sure everything fit into the text boxes I had to fill out. By approaching each set of box as one text, it cut down the time needed to fill out the form.
