Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. There are several other little things, but these are the top major issues I've had.

I needed to type on an older document and this program seemed like a good choice. Also, since I can pay month to month I can stop when I am finished with the paperwork and that was a nice option.

Unfortunately I paid for PDFescape before I found you. I subscribed to the Ultimate - it was very user unfriendly with absolutely no online tutorials or help - and I am no novice, I have designed and published several of my own websites. I really think yours is great and have had real a good experience working with setting up my contracts with it. Thanks! Sam

I really have needed a tool like this to turn a number of internal business documents into fillable forms. Do not want to have to buy a typewriter to do the tasks PDF filler can do so easily. Without any training I have been able to do the basic functions just fine. I would be interested in furthering my skills be learning how to do more sophisticated editing or creation.

I used this one time for squares for a fundraiser and was looking forward to continuing using this service needed for a side job; however, this side job fell through. I thought I had cancelled on March 2, but must have not submitted something. I was charged today. If I could be refunded I would really appreciate it.
