Pdf fillers customer service were excellent. They answered my email very quickly and dealt with my issue immediately.

A good pdf editor, although there is still some work to do with the command consistency with the environment (windows keys, for instance while editing a document if we press home the screen goes to the header of the document).

I would only add that when adding text to the editor, it can be moved without blocking the height. Sometimes the PDF blocks the location of the text and it is difficult to align it with the original text.

Is ballot harvesting illegal?
Ballot harvesting is the collecting and submitting of absentee or mail-in voter ballots by volunteers or workers. It occurs in some areas of the U.S. where voting by mail is common, but is illegal in some other states. Vote harvesting is illegal in Texas and people have been prosecuted for doing it.
What determines the order of candidates on the ballot?
In a partisan primary, the order in which candidates of one party's names appear is also determined by lot. At a partisan General Election (such as for Governor or President) the ballot order is determined by which political party's candidate received the most votes at the last General Election.
Who decides the order of the primaries?
On each primary date from March to June, one state from each of six regions votes. Each election date would contain a wide variety of perspectives. The order of the states in each region is set by a lottery. In a 24-year cycle, every state would have a chance to be among the first primary states.
Who decides if a primary is open or closed?
In a traditional open primary, voters may select one party's ballot and vote for that party's nomination. As in a closed primary, the highest voted candidate in each party then proceeds to the general election.
How are presidential nominees chosen?
To become the presidential nominee, a candidate typically has to win a majority of delegates. It's then confirmed through a vote of the delegates at the national convention. But if no candidate gets the majority of a party's delegates during the primaries and caucuses, convention delegates choose the nominee.
Is California winner take all?
Currently, as in most states, California's votes in the electoral college are distributed in a winner-take-all manner. Whichever presidential candidate wins the state's popular vote wins all 55 of the state's electoral votes.
Do primaries matter?
In elections using electoral systems where strategic nomination is a concern, primaries can be very important in preventing “clone” candidates that split their constituency's vote because of their similarities. Primaries allow political parties to select and unite behind one candidate.
How is ballot order determined Texas?
Columns of parties that did not have a candidate for governor in the most recent gubernatorial general election shall appear after the columns of parties that had a candidate, and the order of their columns shall be determined by a drawing conducted by the Secretary of State.
