The initial document that I needed was insufficient on the site (the word SAMPLE was written across the document multiple times per page). And, although it took several hours, PDFfiller was able to upload the necessary document. Problem solved.

It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

Had an issue with billing today (a…
Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. The service itself is great and I would recommend it to any business that needs to edit and sign documents online .

Getting started was not good. After I got the form on the screen, it was not centered on the monitor and extremely slow to go to next lines. I can't seem to print the form now that I am finished.
During my attempts to complete the form, a blank square appeared in the middle of the form. I could not erase the blank square, and it drastically blotted out data that was important. When I tried to get a replacement form, it was to no avail. I finally printed the form with the blank square in the center and filled it in with a typewriter. Based on that, I didn't try to use your system any longer. In general, I was quite disaplpointed with the results.

It does what it is supposed to do. I don't like having to put the 4 digit code in.....maybe that is just for trial??? Easier than Adobe.

What resolution is required to remove a director?
For companies that do not have such powers enshrined in their articles of association, the Companies Act 2006 provides a statutory procedure to allow the shareholders' agreement to remove a director by passing an ordinary resolution (i.e. anything over 50%) at a general meeting of the company.
Is a special resolution required to remove a director?
Section 168(1) of the Act states that the shareholders can remove a director by passing an ordinary resolution at a meeting of the company. The relevant shareholders must serve special notice on the company of any resolution to remove a director under the provisions of the Act.
Can you remove a director by written resolution?
Please note: a written resolution cannot be used to remove a director or auditor. An ordinary resolution is used by shareholders in situations where the directors have no authority to make a decision. Appointing and removing directors. Approving directors' service contracts.
Can a director be removed by other directors?
A company director can be appointed at any time after incorporation. Likewise, a director can resign or be removed by members (shareholders or guarantors) at any time, providing such actions do not contravene any provisions in the Companies Act 2006, the articles of association or a director's service contract.
Does a written resolution need to be signed by all directors?
Written resolutions give the directors greater flexibility in making decisions, as the directors don't have to be present at a board meeting. Directors' decisions made by written resolution must be unanimous. All eligible directors must either sign copies of the written resolution, or otherwise agree to it in writing.
Can the court remove a director?
Removal by the Court or other authority A director can also be disqualified by the Court, Companies House, HMRC, the Competition and Markets Authority, the Financial Conduct Authority, or a company insolvency practitioner.
Can members remove directors?
Members (shareholders) can remove a director by resolution (s 203D (1)). This is despite anything in the company's constitution, an agreement between the company and the director or an agreement between any or all members of the company and the director. The board or other directors cannot remove a director.
How do you remove a director?
To remove a Director Sumoto by the Board A Company has the authority to remove a Director by passing an Ordinary Resolution, given the Director was not appointed by the Central Government or the Tribunal. A Board Meeting will be called by giving seven days' notice to all the directors.
