I have tried a few other cloud based PDF Editors and PDFFiller is the most powerful and easiest to use. Their support has also been great when I had a billing question/issue.

It served my purposes. There were a few instances where it would not properly let me check a box. Also, inputting dates, did not always work as expected. I was not always able to manually type in a date. It forced me to use the calendar. Sometimes.

I paid for the first 30 days to make sure that I would be happy with this tool. I am very satisfied with 99% of the editing and use tools. No ability to grab and move sections of existing form just new items.

How do you get field approval?

What is a field approval?
A field approval is one of the means used by the FAA to approve technical data used to accomplish a major repair or major alteration. Technical data so approved becomes technical data approved by the Administrator. This type of approval may be accomplished for one-time approval.
Does an STC require a Form 337?
Any STC is, by definition, a major alteration and also requires a 337 form.
Who can sign a 337?
The person who performs or supervises a major repair or major alteration must prepare FAA Form 337. The form is executed at least in duplicate and is used to record major repairs and major alterations made to an aircraft, airframe, power plant, propeller, appliance, or a component part thereof.
What is a major repair and alteration?
Minor alteration means an alteration other than a major alteration. Major repair means a repair: (1) That, if improperly done, might appreciably affect weight, balance, structural strength, performance, power plant operation, flight characteristics, or other qualities affecting airworthiness. Or.
