I would recommend, with caveats about the cost based on how much it would be used. Many government forms and other PDFs are already fillable, so PDFfiller isn't needed that often for the average person. However, it was very nice to use.

The "Next" button seems to be getting in the way. Maybe having the next blank fill-in space highlighted would be more user-friendly.
The primary IRS form I filled out had a neat feature for checking boxes. The Schedules (A, B, O) I filled out I had to type "x" in the box. Not a big deal, but ...

VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro…
I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro isn't this easy to use. Adobe Acrobat Pro feels like it was created in a silo by people who don't do editing on a daily basis. Also, it doesn't install, on one of the latest Macbooks on the planet. Thank god for PDFEscape and PDFFiller. Thank you god.
