Writing this though cause their support is swift and reasonable.
I accidentally left my subscription running for 3 months after just using the free trial for 1 PDF edit.
After 1 email they refunded all 3 payments without making me jump through hoops.

If I had the option to put 100 stars, I would. This product is fantastic. There are small issues with reformatting, but I think the user can get over that.

How do I know if I qualify for daycare assistance?
To find out whether you are eligible to receive child care financial assistance, contact your State, Territorial, or Tribal Child Care and Development Fund subsidy agency.
How much do you have to make to qualify for daycare assistance?
Eligibility is based on family's income and reasons for needing child care. In general, families with incomes below 200% of the State Income Standard (SIS) or about $39,580 for a family of three may qualify for assistance.
What is the income limit for child care assistance in Louisiana?
One thing that hasn't changed, though, is the income threshold for to qualify to participate in the program. A family of four can earn at most $37,944 a year which is lower than most other states.
What is the income limit for daycare assistance in Oklahoma?
The income eligibility limits vary based on family size, and household income. Families may qualify if the gross household income is less than $3286/month for a family size of two, $4059/month for a family size of three, and $4832/month for a family size of four.
How do I get approved for daycare assistance?
You are working or are attempting to find work through the Work First Family Assistance Program. You are in school or in a job training program. Your child is receiving. Your child needs care to support.
How do I get approved for child care assistance?
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a parent or primary caregiver responsible for children under the age of 13 years of age, or under 19 if incapable of self-care or under court supervision who needs assistance paying for childcare. And must also characterize your financial situation as low income
