I found it really easy to use, but all of the boxes did not have specific instructions. I struggled with boxes 16-18. Through google, I discovered that I should leave them blank.

Great customer service
I messed up, and realized after being billed that I hadn't actually finished cancelling my membership. Customer service (Anna) was very helpful, voiding the payment and cancelling my membership, which is a far better policy than most companies have. Her messages were friendly and the response time was very quick.

It was a little challenging at first and the online help was a little overbearing to start. You should always assume that people know how to operate every aspect of there computer. I had a glitch and he was a little belittling to me which being 50 and having diabetes its hard for me to see sometimes and once i stated that his demeanor changed and he helped me finally.

Great customer service. My Employer needed a form off their website, and he had signed up for the subscription, the following month his credit card **** was almost a thousand dollars- so, myself, the office manager, I knew my boss only needed the one form he went on the website for, I went on the site,started talking to a live help agent, (very nice and helpful) I explained the situation, was asked basic information, and was told within 5 to 7 days the refund would be back to my boss's institution. Without any issues, or problems. This company is very helpful and has GREAT Customer Service! 5 stars plus! thank you!

How do I refuse to pay an invoice?
Contact the Client. Email your clients and remind them that you haven't received payment. Offer Options. Settle for Less. Hire a Collection Agency. Small Claims Court.
What happens if you refuse to pay an invoice?
Statutory Demand If the debtor does not pay within 21 days of receiving the demand, a creditor may then apply to the court to request bankruptcy (if an individual) or a winding up (if a company) if the debt is not paid. It is a relatively quick and inexpensive way to determine if a debtor will pay the debt owed.
What happens when you don't pay an invoice?
Consult an Attorney If you don't want to use invoice factoring or consult a collection agency, but you still aren't getting payments, consider consulting an attorney. If you're owed multiple thousands of dollars or more, taking legal action may be your best bet.
Can you refuse to pay for a service?
If your client refuses to pay after a reasonable amount of time and collection effort, you can take him to small claims court. Usually, the fees for small claims cases are fairly low, and you can present your case without a lawyer. However, small claims courts limit the amount for which you can sue.

It is perfectly within a customer's rights to dispute an invoice. Invoices themselves are not legally binding and, without supporting paperwork and other evidence, the recipient does not have to pay them if they have an issue with them. An invoice might be disputed for any number of reasons: Faulty/poor goods/service.

That's a polite way of asking for payment. Invoices are a culturally acceptable way of asking for money. That doesn't mean you can't be paid before sending an invoice, but it is the way that most business transactions work. Even if you are paid before you send an invoice, your customer will expect you to send one in.

Your right to be paid You can set your own payment terms, such as discounts for early payment and payment upfront. Unless you agree a payment date, the customer must pay you within 30 days of getting your invoice or the goods or service. What happens if an invoice is not paid?
Write a letter stating that if the client doesn't pay within x days (don't give them too long five days is fine after all this time), you'll charge them for late payment interest and compensation. Also state that the interest will continue to accrue until the whole debt is repaid.
