The program requires no OCR software which in my experience creates lots of problems for most "Form Filler" software I have tried to use in the past.

What do you like best?
PDF filler is very user-friendly. My favorite features are that it saves your docs. This makes it easy to keep editing docs that you use over and over. Also, when you use the erase feature, it keeps the eraser on the same line, which I could never do on my own! At the end, you can download the whole doc, or individual pages, this feature really helps and saves time on splitting the document with other programs.
What do you dislike?
Once docs are ready, the loading time to save can sometimes feel slow. Also, uploading the docs can sometimes feel slow. This is not a deal breaker, but perhaps something that can be worked on. I think there should also be a feature where you can upload docs one after the other for the same session, and it will merge the docs (or ask if you want to) and edit them together. It seems right now we have to edit each separate if they are not already joined, save them, and then go to another program to merge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have an option to merge docs, make speeds quicker.

I love the template feature. Working for multiple physicians practices and several providers, it's so nice to be able change the provider name so easily and even organize my documents into folders that I can access no matter where I am!

One of the best customer service I’ve…
One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !!
My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work.
So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed.
I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time.
If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them.

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. How can I stop a wage garnishment immediately?

Can you stop a garnishment once it starts?
You must take action to prevent the initial garnishment or address it if it has already started by claiming an exemption with the court. The creditor will continue to garnish your wages until you pay the debt in full or take some measure to stop the garnishment, such as by filing for bankruptcy (see below).
How can I stop student loan wage garnishment after it starts?
You can stop the process by negotiating payment arrangements with the agency. If you can't make a payment within that window, request a hearing to appeal the garnishment. To prevent student loan wage garnishment from starting, you must request the hearing in writing within 30 days of the date on your collection notice.
