Its OK Easy to use on desktop, but on the mobile it was OK like C+ overall, but good idea It does what it should, but its a simple to use. If I had more time to use it, maybe give 120 day trial? I loved the signature and email process of the paperwork. Thats was easy. I wish we can do more in the free trial. So I can dig in more. Make the mobile experience more easier

A construction contract is a mutual or legally binding agreement between two parties based on policies and conditions recorded in document form. The two parties involved are one or more owners, and one or more contractors.
Construction projects also have great risks. The purpose of the construction contract is to (1) allocate the duties between the parties, (2) recognize and allocate the risk to the different parties, and (3) reduce the uncertainty surrounding the project and allow the parties to plan for the project and the future.
A construction contract provides a legal binding agreement, for both the owner and the builder, that the executed job will receive the specific amount of compensation or how the compensation will be distributed.
A cost plus contract states that a client agrees to reimburse a construction company for building expenses such as labor, materials, and other costs, plus additional payment usually stated as a percentage of the contract's full price. This type of construction contract is an alternative to lump sum agreements.
Construction contract documents include the Agreement, the Conditions of Contract, the Drawings, and the Specifications. Because of the legal implications, owners produce the Agreement and the Conditions. Architects are responsible for producing the Drawings and the Specifications. Do they carry equal importance?
Writing Your Construction Contract. Write the title and a little preamble. Your title should describe the purpose of the contract. The preamble should simply state basics like: the date the agreement was entered into, the parties' names, the project, the work site location, and work commencement and end dates.
Write the title and a little preamble. ... Describe the work that will be done. ... Include financial information. ... Include payment due dates and fees. ... Provide a project description. ... Describe how any changes to the work order will be handled. ... Decide how to resolve disputes and claims.
The builder-buyer agreement is a very important legal document for home buyers. It is a contract which contains all the terms and conditions which have to be complied by both the buyer and the builder.
A general contractor is responsible for providing all the material, labor, equipment (such as engineering vehicles and tools) and services necessary for the construction of the project. A general contractor often hires specialized subcontractors to perform all or portions of the construction work.
General contractors get paid by taking a percentage of the overall cost of the completed project. Some will charge a flat fee, but in most cases, a general contractor will charge between 10 and 20 percent of the total cost of the job. This includes the cost of all materials, permits and subcontractors.
