Finally! A way for me to fill things out properly without printing! I am very happy so far with this experience because not only does it allow me to fill out pdf's online and not waste paper and look unprofessional, it allows me to CREATE a pdf in the exact manner that I want it to look. I will use it for some of my professional documents on a regular basis!

What do you like best? I like that I can pretty quickly add fillable fields and combine documents. I create printable packs for travel and RV life and this program has been so great for finishing touches on products. What do you dislike? When I add other documents to an existing one (combining) it renames the document and also makes a new version. This means I sometimes have to search through all the "documents" and even open them up to find what I am looking for. It can be pretty annoying when working on a large document with 20+ pages. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving the problem of needing a PDF editor. I initially needed it for signatures and filling out PDF forms for work. Then I started to use it for personal use in adding fillable fields to products I create, and bundling multiple pages together into PDF format.

Overall pleased, have a bit to learn for my use which is limited home tasks. I believe that initial access problems are resolved. I am sure that I could more easily accomplish the basic tasks that I have for PDF. Not pressing and I can fumble my way thru it.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed. I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature. I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

If fields (also called if statements) allow you to compare two values and display document content based on the result of the comparison. When used in a Word® template, IF fields are especially useful for comparing the values of Composer® merge fields to display an appropriate result.
Word fields are placeholders that store and display data. They perform simple tasks, such as returning the current date or current page number, but they're much more than that. You can use them to ask questions, make decisions based on specific conditions, and perform calculations.
· Greg Malay Replied on June 14, 2013. {Page \\* REFORMAT} is the field code that produces a field result (a displayed page number). You should be able to select this code in your header, left click and select “toggle field codes”
When you select text and mark it as an index entry, Microsoft Word adds an XE (Index Entry) field that includes the marked main entry and any cross-reference information. A benefit of having an embedded index are that its page numbers are always up-to-date, and it will work for both print and PUB.
Click or tap where you want the merge field. Choose the down-arrow under Insert Merge Field, and select a field. If you don't see your field name in the list, choose Insert Merge Field. Choose Database Fields to see the list of fields that are in your data source. Choose Insert.

Microsoft Word can embed special items in Word documents called field codes. Fields in Microsoft Word are used as placeholders for data that might change in a document, and for creating form letters and labels in mail-merge documents.
