With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I love the convenience of sending a fax from anywhere I have a wifi connection. The ease of filling PDF documents is great compared with other programs.

PDF filler proved to me that they listen to the customers and react to client questions and comments quickly and with a positive approach. The product itself is easy to use and manage and everything you would want when working with PDF files and managing your business.

I absolutely love the forms i can find in the library that are so useful to everyday life. It is incredibly easy to navigate fill in the fields and just print.

30 Day Free Trial is wonderful. Has all the forms, information, etc to prepare your taxes and file them electronically. Excellent Website. Excellent Brand.

Easy but not so afdordable
Not too bad
Storage size of pictures. I can use over 50 pictures in the same document and the file will still be very small. This is important in my dirls

Great, however, could be improved with quicker selection of initialing or signing. Maybe a way of clicking at the point of initialing and pasting without having to select each time you have to initial as slow if having to do lots of initialing.

Great Tool & Responsive Customer Support
I've been using pdfFiller for several years now, and find it easy to use to make quick changes to documents. It has improved over the time i've used it, as originally the font didn't always match and some sections couldn't be moved or deleted, but it now seems to have these features.
On a couple of occasions I've needed to raise a support ticket, and the team are very responsive, helpful and provide a resolution quickly.
The reason i've not given it 5 stars is because last year i had to edit a 60+ page instruction manual, and spent many hours over a couple of weeks trying to get it to work, but it kept crashing and not loading all the pages, which was frustrating and wasted a lot of time. In the end i gave up and redesigned the manual using another platform.
Overall, great for simple editing and the basic package is good value for a small business.
