Easy alignment within the document. Adding text box entries is very simple.

Great for my online classes!
This has been a great tool for editing PDFs for my Anatomy class. The only problem is the "drawing" tool does not provide enough color options. It's very limited.

How do you get someone to sign a contract?
All parties must be in agreement (after an offer has been made by one party and accepted by the other). Something of value must be exchanged -- such as cash, services, or goods (or a promise to exchange such an item) -- for something else of value.
Is it illegal to force someone to sign a contract?
No, but it is sometimes legal to force someone to sign a document. Technically a contract is an agreement for an exchange that can be enforced by a court not the document one signs to evidence the agreement. The terms of a contract may in fact require a party to execute various documents.
Can you be forced into a contract?
To be considered a contract, one party should give something to another person in exchange for a promise. If one party is threatened and forced to sign a contract, the agreement is considered void. According to a federal law, a contract signed under duress is not subjected to breach of contract laws.
What must occur for a contract signed under duress to be invalidated?
Signature Under Duress: If one of the parties can prove that the contract was signed under duress, that is, the party's signature was extracted by physical or mental coercion, then the contract is null and void. Duress is defined as coercion of a party to execute a contract against the free will of that party.
What can make a contract invalid?
The following reasons could make a valid contract impossible to enforce: Lack of capacity. Duress, or coercion, into a contract. Undue influence.
How do you ask a client to sign a contract?
Identify decision makers. Clearly understand the client's goals. Set a firm timeline and deadline. Deliver on promises. Follow up. Review your message and contract language.
How do you ask for someone's signature?
If you ask for a signature, you ask someone to write their name, in their own characteristic way, on a document. At check-in, the assistant checks your ID and asks you for a signature. Staff need to ask for your signature in order to prove that the card you are using is your own.
