Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Amazing customer service
I tried it a while ago, and something went wrong when cancelling my subscription (maybe me...). I got charged for the service anyway, but then asked for a refund. The support team was extremely responsive and useful, I'm really happy about their service. Excellent!

What do you like best?
It is so easy to upload a document and make any edits to it. It saves you work so you can continue to use the same document! You can email, print or save PDF. Super helpful for property management when you have several notices!

Sometimes it's hard to make everything set up perfectly

Great customer support
Great customer support. I forgot about a 30-day free trial period because I didn’t use the app after registering and checking it only once. They took the money for the whole year through PayPal and when I explained the situation they helped me with the cancellation of my subscription in a half an hour. They gave me the whole sum of money back.
