What do you like best?
Ability to add notes to PDFs for my clients. It really does help answer questions for them much faster and help them understand the document better.

I wish I could merge and rearrange documents without it costing more to upgrade to do so. Would also be nice if If could set two password when securing a file. One for client and my master password

Very great tool for any business regardless of size. It makes things so easier to be able to complete transactions seamlessly.

IT'S BETTER THAN DOCUSIGN
I like that you can send to other to sign just like docusign. You can also fill in the blanks. You can share the info and even print. Also is not too pricey.
What I don't like is, when I send to multiple signers anyone can sign even on my signature. I wish they'd allow set signatures per person so that folks won't get confused .

One form worked well, but on another one (SF-2823) it was impossible for me to change the font size using the instructions that were given in the description of the form. I tried for a couple of hours and got nowhere!

Great service and software
Great service and software. I used PDF filler to edit and sign a couple of PDFs and the tool is easy to use. I've also made use of their customer service and they responded fast and adequately! Great tool, great service! Thanks for being awesome!

Can a landlord evict you in 10 days?
Your landlord cannot evict you simply because they don't like you! There are three main types of eviction notices: 10 Day Notice for Non-Payment of Rent. One-Month Notice for Cause.
Can my landlord kick me out in 10 days?
You can be forced to move only if the Landlord and Tenant Board makes an eviction order against you. But if you do want to move, you can give your landlord as little as 10 days' notice, instead of the usual 60 days.
How long does it take for an eviction to go through?
Generally speaking, the eviction process can take anywhere from as little as two weeks in the fastest states to as long as three (or even more) months in states where the process has to go through many more steps.
Can a landlord kick you out if you have nowhere to go?
Yes, a landlord can evict you if there is no lease. However, a landlord generally must provide notice of terminating your tenancy. (Evicting you means starting eviction proceedings if you fail to comply with the notice. A landlord cannot legally evict you without a court order, whether you have a lease.)
Can an apartment complex kick you out for no reason?
Eviction law allows landlords to still ask you to move out, but you must be afforded some extra protections. First, for eviction notices without cause, the landlord must give you a longer period of notice to vacate, generally 30 or 60 days.
Can I evict someone if I don't own the property?
Even though you own the property, you cannot evict a tenant for personal reasons, such as they didn't send you a birthday card, or you don't like the football team they root for. Instead, you can only evict a tenant for lawful reasons that are spelled out in your state's landlord-tenant law.
Can landlord evict me for no reason?
In most states and cities, landlords can evict month-to-month tenants for no reason, as long as their motivation is not to discriminate illegally or to retaliate against a tenant who exercised a protected tenant right.
Can a landlord evict you for no reason at all?
No. Only a court can evict someone, and a court will not do so without a reason. In most jurisdictions, a court will not order an eviction unless there is a material violation of the lease, such as failure to pay rent.
