The service works well and is very convenient, however I was disappointed by the way I was able to complete an entire form but was not advised it was not free until the form was completed after spending a couple hours working on it. Since this is a pay service, the consumer should be advised immediately upon accessing any forms on an internet search. In order to preserve my work, I had no choice but to subscribe. Perhaps you should market a new service that charges by the document. I would have gladly paid for that up front. The service itself works very well.

9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level.
Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.

Mostly user friendly. Filling in multiple of the same form is not available, or finding that option is impossible. So I used same form over and over - using tab you also have to back space or use mouse to remove previous data and then fill in.

Has saved a lot of time and running around as we are shift workers and not available at same time to sign and fill in papers. Easy to use and mobile app was handy for business.

How do build to suit leases work?
A build-to-suit lease is a contractual arrangement that requires the developer to construct an asset based on the lessee's specifications that the lessee will lease when construction is complete. The developer finances the construction, retains ownership, and then leases the asset to the lessee at completion.

A build-to-suit (or design-build) lease is essentially a landlord/developer's agreement to construct a purpose built building, usually for a single tenant.
