Minimal experience. Does take the time out of huge forms to fill out - even for my kids' school. $20 a month is a lot for the convenience. I will likely cancel after my 1 month.

It worked great in a pinch, but given the cost and how often you may or may not need something like this, I wonder if it'd be cheaper to buy a program to use rather than to keep this going on a monthly basis. I think it really depends on your individual needs. Though, when I needed something typed and there was no fillable version, this site was a lifesaver!

I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. It's great
It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.
