What if premium processing takes more than 15 days?
There is a guarantee that USCIS gives; if it's not processed in 15 days then they give you a refund for the premium fee.
Is Premium Processing 15 calendar days or business days?
Premium Processing Service means that USCIS will issue a decision (approval, denial, Request for Evidence, or Notice of Intent to deny) within 15 calendar days. However, DHS recently published a new proposal that will change the 15 calendar days to 15 business day.
Does Premium Processing increase chances of RFE?
