Sometimes its a little difficult to navigate around especially for making an application, but once its set it up it works well. Ive noticed 2nd pages are difficult for customers to see and fill out. Wish there was something that would prompt them to go to it.

I think the learning curve is a little steep. Also, at times the app seems a little counter-intuitive. It's not always easy to find forms you have worked on previously.

Editing PDFs has never been easier
I needed forms to be editable so members could easily fill things out and return them for us to add to our electronic database.
PDFfiller has a variety of helpful tools, but my most favorite feature is making a PDF form editable! Game changer.
The learning curve with PDF filler was a little bit more cumbersome than just opening a PDF and being able to edit it.

The application itself is amazing..
The application itself is amazing... everything works great... awesome features... easy to use... convenient... BUT... as with all of these services... they threaten you with a ridiculous amount ($96 for the basic annual subscription) if you forget to cancel your membership... and if I pay $96 I want lifetime access to something... or I'm not doing it, period. That's insane. It costs them next to nothing to maintain this website... it's just advertising. Oh, and they come up as a free online editor but then you gotta sign up for the trial and everything else... the hassle never ends. If this place let everyone use it for free they could make a killing on all the advertising they could sell... and everyone would get a free editor... anyway, I digress... enjoy the app!

It's very easy to create, edit, share, get website code, and sell these forms. The reason I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 is the price.

I love how customizable the website makes any file. Its exactly what I was looking for in order to fill out various forms due to the pandemic. Ways to communicate are different now and this website is definitely with the times.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

How do you get an animal permit?

How do you get a pet permit?
Residents must provide proof of a California approved rabies vaccination to obtain a license (ROCCO 4-1-70). Cat licensing is optional and available through OC Animal Care. Licensing your dog provides necessary information to support investigations of cruelty, neglect, abandonment and dog bites.
How do you get a pet license?
In order to apply for a dog license, you must provide a certificate showing that your dog is up to date with its rabies vaccinations. Dogs over four months and older must be licensed. If you license your dog in one city and then move to another, you may need to apply for a new license.

PET data. Positron emission tomography (PET) is an imaging method for quantitatively measuring biochemical and physiological processes in vivo by using radio pharmaceuticals (tracers) and by measuring the annihilation radiation using a coincidence detecting technique.
Why do I need a pet license?
Licensing identifies your dog and allows you to be quickly reunited with your pet in case he/she ever gets lost. A license ensures that dogs are vaccinated against rabies, a fatal disease. Owners of licensed dogs receive a helpful reminder to re-vaccinate their pet prior to the rabies vaccine expiration date.
How do I get a citation permit?
A CITES permit can be obtained by a person who is in legal possession / ownership of a species or specimen, he wishes to trade. A certificate to this effect, in the form Legal Procurement Certificate (LPC), can be obtained from the concern State Wildlife Authority.

Appeal a Citation. If you believe you have been cited in error, you may appeal your citation within 21 calendar days from the date of issue by following the process below. The first step in any citation appeal is an Initial Review.
How do I contest a citation?
