Good company with a great product This is a good company with a great product. I am a retired attorney who was in need of a certification of trust for our family living trust. I checked pdfFiller and found what I needed but then realized that in my experience as a lawyer, I already knew the basics of what had to be done. So I cancelled the subscription and within minutes, received word from pdfFiller that the subscription would be cancelled. Great tool to simply fill out PDF Nothing super fancy but a stable, well purposed PDF editor that has easy access to upload and download PDFs. Easy to upload and download PDFs for simple editing tasks. Whether wanting to fill out with text or signatures, very simple to edit freely on a PDF. A lot of competitors that are web based make this another run of the mill PDF editor. Nothing super fancy.

In the middle of a one-time need to fill-in an online PDF form, I apparently signed up for a monthly subscription to PDFfiller, and my ****** account was billed. I contacted the PDFfiller support group, and explained that I had no recurring need for the software, and didn't realise that I had ended up subscribed to it. The support person promptly issued a refund to my account at ******, and cancelled further billing. PDFfiller is a very good organization to deal with, and an honest company. Should a relevant need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.
