I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I had a little trouble finding the right form for the Post Office EDDM program. First, I got an outdated form which was corrected at the post office. When I complained to customer support, they were very helpful and I was able to access the up-to-date form.

So far, so good. I don't like that it seems to lose its connection frequently and I have lost data a time or two but that may be a function of where/what I work on. Otherwise, fair deal for the price.

This is available everywhere where you go. You do not have to take your computer or have a software installed on your laptop. You can access it from anywhere else. In addition, it is very user friendly to navigate through the platform to accomplish what you would like to do.

So easy to use and meets all my expectations
Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time.
I can find any form that I need. I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.
