I love the site, I don't like all of the pop ups though! I constantly have to click out of the pop ups when opening a new form. That is my only complaint! But, all in all, I love this site and it helps me be more efficient.

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. Still learning my way around. While it is helpful, it is not the most intuitive interface. Not bad, but could be a bit smoother and easier to navigate around.

I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

Great support from the team, especially Kara
Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. Anything I have paid for the program and year subscription was was worth the service I got. I hope she is recognized as the best! Thanks to the program but most of all to her. Great job!

What do you like best?
It is very easy to use and user friendly. It is also easy to add fields and fill them in. When I am creating a document, I can also easily share them with each of our employee accounts. I also like how I am able to remove an employees account from having access to the documents with a click of a button.
What do you dislike?
I wish our technicians were able to use the app without internet service. In some cases, we do not have access to service, and we are unable to fill out our paperwork. It would also be nice to be able to add more than 4 other people to the account without having to get a corporate account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has all you could ever need all in one place. We have used the SignNow and faxing features, in addition to the typical use for pdfFiller.

We are able to keep all of our paperwork in one place, and the technicians are able to access it on their phones. This has made it easier to make sure all technicians are getting the correct paperwork for every job, and with the different accounts, we are able to hold the technicians accountable.

How do I bypass field validation?
If you are building your own form, you need to remove '#required' → TRUE, from field to bypass validation or assign FALSE value. Now you can do the same for existing form by alter the form using hook_alter_form and unset required attribute or assign FALSE value.
