How do you change the date a file was created?

Does copy a file change the date modified?
Copy: It creates a new copy of original file, i.e, basically a new File. So the file is created as new. However, the contents of the file was modified in original file by someone on a different time, so it's untouched. So Modified date always refers, whether a change was made to the file content or name.
Why is date modified before date created?
Question Info That isn't unusual with copied files, when you copy a file the file's created date becomes the modified date and the current date (when the file is copied) becomes the created date, copy any existing file on your computer, and you will observe this behavior.
How do I get rid of the date and time in track changes?
Go to “Word > Preferences > Personal Settings > Security > Privacy Options” and check “Remove personal information from this file on save” then save the document. Voilà! No more date or time stamp in Track Changes comments and edits in this document.
