I absolutely love the collection of documents and the fact that I can make my own forms. It has nearly everything one has to know. PDfiller initially charged me for a full year, when all i wanted was a trial, so I was very upset however I am glad I kept it.

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. Just subscribed but my first form was excellently done. Intuitive and easy to negotiate the Dashboard. I really liked the alignment lines that assist to keep things neat when typing data into the field. Look forward to learning more about the capabilities. Thanks

The program is easy to use for searching for forms or updating my own documents.
The program is easy to understand and use. It is intuitive for anyone used to editing documents or creating forms.
I would prefer better opportunities to edit changes while in the same document. It can be challenging to erase and re-enter information.

duplicate pages
I like being able to duplicate pages, that was super helpful. It was easy to add the text boxes where I needed them. The only trouble is in downloading the document to my regular google drive. Wish that was more straight forward.

Great Functionality, Amazing Customer Support, Great Experience Overall
This is a great platform, very seamless and user friendly. It does cost a bit so it would make sense if you use it quite often. More importantly, amazing support - the online chat response was quick (!!!), customer support staff was so friendly and understanding. Overall, such an amazing experience using this platform.
