I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. PDF Filler so far has been the easiest website to use to sign documents, edit PDF's, save, export, etc. I'm wishing I had found this sooner! Plus I love that they offer a 30 day free trial because it allows me to use all of the features before deciding whether or not to purchase for long term usage.

it is very easy to use
it is very easy to use, it has very clear tool box, however i haven't used it for very long. but this far i am completely satisfied. but i will always give 1 star left because i know there is always a room for improvisation

What do you like best?
Easy to replace text, add images, send for signatures, etc.
What do you dislike?
The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.

pdfFiller has been amazing since I had to start working from home. It has allowed me to send in forms that I would normally have to print out write on and scan then email them back. This has cut down the middle man as well as saving me from getting a printer scanner and paper. It is time, cost and environmentally friendly.
