It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

What do you like best?
I really like that PDFfiller is a very user friendly and employs a lot of the same standard editing tools commonly found in simple office software like Microsoft Word. It's a great step up from the standard Acrobat Reader and also has an easier learning curve than some of the more advanced Adobe PDF products. Being able to sign documents electronically is another strong feature.
What do you dislike?
When I edit a document that has more than one page, I am unable to perform a copy and paste across multiple pages, which is a bit annoying when trying to standardize items across one document. Saving documents is also very easy. We can save the document to any one of my computer folders or a cloud storage account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that PDFfiller is a very effective and easy-to-use PDF editor and converter. For the price and functionality, it's definitely worth checking out, in my opinion.

Since we often deal with many types of text documents, especially Word documents, PDFfiller has really helped to enable conversions of Word documents to PDF, which are more ideal for certain things like printing. We can also convert PDF files to Word, which greatly reduces our need to perform time-consuming typing. In general, PDFfiller has been a great tool for working with PDF files with its intuitive interface and clear functionality.

Ease of accessing documents, editing, uploading from pc, internet, and other sources. The ease of sending copies to clients or others via email. The safety of the process is great.

The proximity of the watermark feature is to close to the scroll bar.

Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. Due to mental illness I have severe limitations with sequencing, prioritizing, staying on track, paying attention to detail, and decreased information processing speed, just to name a few. I usually need more time to process instructions So when I first started playing/exploring this application I was really intimidated. I thought I was going to have to cancel the the trial, give up and cancel but to my surprise I'm starting to get the hang of things and I think I really like it. The capabilities of this application seam endless. I'm actually quite amazed I've never seen anything like it. Hopefully after watching a few webinars/training sessions I'll be able to learn even more. I'm excited and even more motivated because results I have exceeded my expectations.

So far I am really liking pdfFiller
So far I am really liking pdfFiller. It's simple to use and has many tools at your finger tips that makes filling out paperwork even easier when you can't get ink for your printer, or you own your business where filling out important documents just looks much neater when done on computer than your own chicken scratch.
