With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Very efficient, neat. Legible than handwriting. The only down part is it cost money. Hope this could be free for everyone, and every is informed that this is an option. It would benefit the judicial system to see legible and clear filled up forms by both respondent and petitioners.

Overall, the experience is very good. I plan on using it for a very long time.
It's very easy to navigate. PDF Filler makes it easy for small business owners as myself to have the professional look when conducting business.
It's a lot of features that I don't need. This sometimes causes confusion and extra time navigating around the site.

Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the...
Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the form I used maybe once a year. So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage. My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.
