Automation. We used it along with Zapier and 123Forms to create a prefilled document from a filled form.

I like the fact that PDF filler is very user friendly. I use it often in my insurance business

What do you like best?
Easy to use but comprehensive options for editing. Quick and efficient which is important with time sensitive docs and a busy life. Some recent new features tells me the company is progressive. I was having technical difficulties one day and support was responsive. I've tried numerous PDF/Editing programs. and this is by far my favorite. It's web based not some ap that you have to download that later crashes your computer. Can access it from any PC so that helps too.
What do you dislike?
The price is substantially more that I'd like to see. Takes a bit to save file to PC once done editing. can be a little slow at times but still a reliable tool I use at least weekly if not daily. Something in the $50 range would be delightful and it's well above that currently. Maybe efax for this price I have not used the esign feature yet so maybe will try that given our member benefit program is lapsing.

What do you like best?
I love the fact documents may be completed and signed electronically without the need to print, scan, and attach anything. It's so much easier, cleaner, and more secure!
What do you dislike?
The only issue I have had, which could certainly be user error, is that one of the links to an informational PDF (it's a read-only document) sometimes stops working. I am made aware of this when I send the link to someone new and the person responds to say an error message appears upon clicking. I have no idea why this happens and it's always associated with this particular document.

Per my comments in response to what I like best, using this tool prevents the need for recipients to print, complete by hand, scan, then attach documents to an email. It's also a more professional-looking and more secure approach to document sharing.

This is my first time dealing with PDFFILLER! There were some issues and they quickly assisted in resolving the areas in question . I would recommend them to business professionals and someone like me that has a periodic need for administrative documents.

How to Use the Change Watermark Letter Feature in pdfFiller
The Change Watermark Letter feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add or modify watermarks on your documents. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Login to your pdfFiller account. If you don't have an account, you can sign up for free.

Upload the document you want to add a watermark to. You can either drag and drop the file or choose it from your computer or cloud storage.

Once the document is uploaded, click on the 'Watermark' tab in the toolbar.

Select the 'Change Watermark Letter' option from the dropdown menu.

A dialog box will appear where you can enter the text for your watermark. Type in the desired text and customize the font, size, color, and position of the watermark.

Click on the 'Apply' button to add the watermark to your document.

You can further adjust the watermark by clicking on it and dragging it to the desired position.

If you want to remove the watermark, simply click on it and press the 'Delete' key on your keyboard.

Once you are satisfied with the changes, click on the 'Done' button to save the document.

How do I edit a watermark?
Double-click near the top of the page to open the header. Click the watermark to select it. (Try moving the cursor over the watermark until the cursor displays a four-headed arrow.)
How do I change the watermark position in Word?
If it's a text watermark, you'll have the Word Art Tools tab available, and if it's a picture, you'll see the Picture Tools tab when the watermark is selected. If it's a text watermark, you can drag it to change its position on the page, but no other editing. If it's a picture, right-click and choose Format Picture.
