Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign

The fill in is with text boxes like in word. That works well.

What is customer ID invoice?
Every customer in your e-Invoicing & Payments system is assigned a Customer ID. The Customer ID is a unique identifier for the customer in the system, and is included on receipts, recurring payment schedule notifications, and transaction details. The Customer ID can be used in many ways.
What is the invoice ID?
An invoice ID is a number generated after every successful checkout by a buyer. A particular invoice ID may include multiple items from multiple sellers bought from a single checkout by the buyer.
How do I find my invoice ID?
Log into the PayPal account. Select the History tab. Locate the first transaction made for the subscription or game purchase, and select “Details” Scroll down the page, and the line right under “Order Description” should be marked “Invoice ID”
What does an invoice number look like?
Chronological Invoice Numbering The first series of numbers is the date, the second series of numbers is the customer number and the third series of numbers is the sequential unique identifier for the invoice. If you generate a second invoice on that date for that customer, the invoice number will be 20170630-4072-01.
