Recently I needed to fill out several forms from my mortgage servicer. They emailed the forms in pdf format and wanted them signed and returned same day. for the most part, all of the documents that i need have been found on PDF filler. I did have to find the 2016 1099 int form on another site, but at least i found it.
This service has saved me a bunch of time by not having to type these forms on a typewriter.

The platform is very good, it fulfills exactly what it promises, it is even compatible with the NVDA screen reader for people with visual limitations. Unfortunately there is no language version in PT-BR, and in some tool icons the NVDA screen reader does not read.

Simple Way To Edit PDF Files Right on Your Computer
I don't need this service too often but it is nice to have the ability to edit and fill PDF files when I do need it. It's great that you can edit, annotate and even post notes right onto the PDF files. Not too much else to tell - it just does what I need it to do.
I like best the ability to edit and fill PDF files from the convenience of my own computer. The program is easy to use and provides all the functions I need.
When filling in PDF forms it would be nice if the software could read the empty fields and tab directly to the appropriate locations rather than needing to manually place the cursor and then drag and drop to dial in the exact spot you want the text to land.

Helps me with quickly signing contracts without printing, filling out many forms that I used to hand write. keeps me organized.

I could not find a way to merge multiple PDFs unto one PDF.

My experience was excellent. As a first time user, the program was full featured and easy to use.

Confusing to learn and there is a lot to learn. There is no simple way to learn that I can see . I contacted support but it is only a way to answer one question at a time . While I might recommend it to someone , it would be with caution about how complicated it is

Their program is wonderful. I had a special project last year and it performed as expected. This year project over, subscription wasn't necessary but it automatically renewed. I cancelled it and within MINUTES customer support responded they were processing the refund. Exceptional customer support. I would highly recommend this service.

Can patients read their own charts?
Should patients be allowed to read their charts? Traditionally, patients have not had the legal right, but this has changed in recent decades, and federal law now strongly supports a patient's right to view the chart on request.
Is it against HIPAA to look at your own chart?
A. It is not a violation per se, given the employee is accessing his or her own PHI. It is common practice, though, to prohibit employees from looking up their own records. Many covered entities require employees to request access to their own medical records in the same manner as any other patient.

Why is it a HIPAA violation to look at your own chart?
Technically, it is a HIPAA violation, and it violates the “need to know” and access controls under the HIPAA Security Rule. The privacy rule states that patients have the right to access records, but it also states that CE's can deny access to records.
