Just concerned that e-mail was sent with form.
I did not want to subscribe to PDFfiller as I was trying to ensure that a form for Strikenet had been sent and received. I did not authorize $119.88 USD to be charged to my Visa. What I did approve was $170.00 for a Strikenet report. First attempt at trying to submit form as Strikenet taken over my Weather Fusion. Would request a refund of $119.88 USD as I do not intend on using PDFfiller, or please inform me on how I can get a refund. Thank You.

Using iPhone to complete apps and send out for signature.. Had some glitches.. Wasn't able to select or choose (full access or sign only option for recipients. The screen shut down too quickly each time and 'disappeared before I could actually select.

cant get page to print. it says its been sent to printer, but doesn't print. Thought it could be my printer, but I checked it and it works fine. had to fax page to myself to get it to print.

Very professional, highly recommended.
I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Took some getting used to the different text box features, but overall good. Worth the annual cost to be able to edit and print PDFs

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful. She was extremely professional. I really expected that this was going to be a very unpleasant experience for me, but it was absolutely pleasant and positive! Thank you! I would give many more stars if I could.
