This cost too much when you are on a fixed income! Your product is set up so we have to pay for each individual service that is offered. Pay to print, pay to download, pay to save, pay to highlight and the list goes on and on........

I have found the PDF filler to be very useful in completing some legal documentation needed. It was easy to use and the final results were professional.

Loving the tool. It would be great if you could add an eye dropper feature so that if I alter text or numbers that are over a color background I can erase the copy fill in the area with the original background color and then revise the copy over the background fill

Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.

As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. PDFfiller's user interface helps us with the host of insurance forms that are emailed to us. This program has a very end user friendly. I have used it at home, work and my social club. Having it in the cloud makes it easy to use where every I have Internet service.

Had a very pleasant experience dealing with their customer service department. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Product is great and their customer service department is excellent

It is cumbersome to upload every document, fill it out, then download it. I wish there was a free program that let you fill out and sign pdf documents directly
